Well, I think once you have your test copied and pasted into word, you would just have to name your word document something you can remember and then send it as an attachment, you know using the paper clip icon that you mouse click on. Some companies do not open attachments like though, so in that case, I would copy and paste my test right into the body of a short, E-mail cover letter. Good luck. Hope this helps, maybe someone else has a better way, but this is the way I would do it.
