I was never bothered by anyone, either by email or phone about why I wasn't on the keyboard...maybe because I did one job after another, did quick research, logged out for my break and lunch, and pretty much worked like I did when I was in-house, pedal to the metal. When I was in-house, our day was 8-1/2 hours because the 30 minute lunch was not paid, so that extended our day. Maybe that's why I didn't mind having my system time monitored. To me, it wasn't that different and I was used to working with a time clock.
