or minimum wage. Anything beyond that is "gravy" and they should be up front about that. I made more but I think our CEO when she sold us to the N may have worked out a 2-year grace period for us because it took them a long time to rip our good accounts out from under us and replace them with accounts from he//. It is very possible to make 8/4 cpl but the bottom of the grid if you send more than 10% of LINES to QC for blanks, etc, you get 7/3.5 cpl. Here's the problem with that....if you have a huge report and you have a couple of blanks and have to send to QC that one report could put you over the 10%. So it is not even 10% of the total reports, but 10% of the LINES.
