(normals, templates, macros are QT text), you are paid zero.
I have a couple of accounts that consistently still insert "normals" or templates on accounts that load as voice rec and those lines aren't even included in your pay differential.
If you spend 10 minutes trying to figure out which normal they want inserted, you've just done that for free. If you type "he" or "she" or "right" or "left" you'll get a penny maybe?
We were told initially that voice rec accounts would not be inserting normals or templates but they do. TSM notified several times with no response.
