They then cut your total lines in half for the week and call them "converted" lines (C-LPH). So if you do 6000 total edited lines for the week, your converted (payable lines) will be 3000 lines. Their grid min will be 0.08 cpl but that is for the converted lines, not total. It was designed to make you think you make more, but in reality it's just smoke and mirrors. You are audited weekly and nitpicked to death through a program called FIESA which further defines where you fall on the grid, along with percentage of work sent to QC (must be under 10%). Basically, count on min wage and anything above is extra. That is, if there is work available.
