I have no problem working hard and as much as I can but I have been looking for a PT job with some flexibility. I do not mind working weekends but I prefer not to work all weekend. I like working evenings also, but because I do have a day job, I need a flexible PT position for weekends and evenings and prefer not to work for one of the large "organizations." Been there done that and I just do not want the stress of constantly being monitoring, QA'd to death, and pressure. I work hard, do the best job I can and I show up and just tired of dealing with hassles. Do these smaller MTSOs exist anymore. They used to.
