I'm sickened upon reading this part from their ad. A compensation plan that literally STEALS money that MLS have rightfully earned would be a bit tricky to explain. Can you imagine that conversation? "If you make one mistake on one report, ALL lines produced during that entire pay period will be paid at a reduced rate. Your SR lines are cut in half in determining your compensation. It's all so new and exciting!!"
I don't know how recruiters (or management for that matter) live with themselves.
