Especially when it'll let you in for a little bit and then stop working, resulting in a lot of time wasted for everybody.
It shouldn't be hard to have an automated email that will send a note to all employees whenever a master ticket is created for the system being down. They also need to send out a mass email when it's back up so we're not wasting our time.
They have that stupid stop light, but I don't think they even use that anymore; at least they bother updating it when they should.
