I would have made less than that many, many weeks while learning new accounts or having too many terrible dictators, because that slowdown is never factored into our pay scale. One very bad week, I scraped the bottom at $4/hr average - but again, they had to add to it in order to pay my state's min wage. I'm familiar with my accounts now, but still never top $10.50 an hour. But anytime you are under minimum wage, I think you will probably hear from your team lead on ways to improve.
