I don't like this company anymore than most of you, but I don't think they have some big conspiracy going trying to get people to quit. I think they just don't care enough about us to manage the work force with the work flow appropriately. They need us here to get the new accounts started and then they don't care that we don't have work when they ship those accounts to India.
