The lady who interviews is very nice and part of the reason I did accept a position, but at the same time, I had a few other offers and they were all more than the 7/3. I asked if they could consider paying more (yes, I know, a real shot in the dark), and they promptly rescinded my job offer! Apparently, I offended them but they need to realize that we all have families to support so we have to do what is in the their best interest
