Considerate physician! - So, this doctor dictated Posted: Feb 7th, 2016 - 5:49 pm
her physical exam twice, both extra long ones....the second one was slightly different...as I was transcribing all I could think of was should I merge them together (ugh) or leave one out (prob get busted for that)...or what...BUT...after she got finished dictating her near-duplicate PE she said, "Oh crap I dictated that already, shoot I know how you guys get paid, go ahead and leave it as is, since you already typed it...I'll take care of it."
How often do you think THAT happens? Not too often! Yes, I think every time I get this doctor I am going to take extra special care to make sure she gets the best report possible!
