These IC companies really have their nerve, don't they? They expect you to accept basically the same (and sometimes less) rate as a non-IC position. Are they out of the minds? At 8 cpl I would just about have to pay THEM to work. Don't they notice all those dislikes? Good luck with getting anyone to stay working for you all.
