Maybe someone has already made this comment, so if this a duplicate, I'm sorry, but I was thinking about the NJA situation and how last year we were continuously hounded to do OT, then all of sudden the OT stopped and now, all of a sudden, we barely have enough to be able to work our shifts.
Maybe this has been their plan all along. Obviously we can't afford to not get paid, so after we've used up all our PTO and there's no work to do, we won't have any choice but to quit.
What do you think?
