Managers, please stop ending your emails with "Have a great weekend!" because I DON'T HAVE A WEEKEND! I've worked Saturdays for years now and don't even remember what it feels like to have 2 days off IN A ROW.
And, if you'll humor me, I'd like to vent about 1 more thing....
Nearly every day when I sign on to begin working, it seems that I have to go through 3 or 4 jobs that had been clearly picked through and rejected by everybody else so that I start off the day with a line count far less than 100 LPH and have to work my way up out of that deep hole.
Amazingly though, I have been doing pretty well this week, perhaps because I have been making a real honest effort to improve my working habits DESPITE the fact that I get the occassional job that makes me want to pound my keyboard and punch my fist through the monitor.
