TSM's are either clueless or trying to cover their A@@. Had something similar at a meeting as well. One of the MT's was expressing her displeasure over how reports were coming to us. TSM blamed in on the doctors when I know for a fact, these doctors, before the N, had absolutely no difficulties with what the MT was complaining about as I had known the docs and the account for years. It was only 3 weeks after we made the infamous transition to the N that this issue arose. Coincidence... I think NOT.
