Too many jobs to report. I don't even report those 15+ blanks. After years of reporting these problems, they have no excuse and it cuts into my time. I'm already on PM for low lph, and they don't care that it is due to factors out of my control -- doctors who will not put dictation on hold when they are doing other things, very bad audio and IT who couldn't write an ASR program that actually works. I spend too much time correcting the output.
