Just had a meeting with my manager and a few others on my team and I mentioned the fact that my W2 was way down this year compared to last year since they implemented their latest and greatest compensation program. Some agreed, but then there are always the ones that state their name and start talking about what a wonderful company Nuance is, I am sure only doing this to suck-A@@ to the manager. Not saying I don't like my manager, because I do, but she has no control over compensation. If you are a suck-up...stay out of it. You are not going to get anywhere.
