meeting all the metrics to be able to stay on the grid. The base pay is 7 cpl no matter how they want to sugarcoat it. To make more than 7 cpl you have to meet 1 or more of the metrics they have in place. I worked there until about 3 weeks ago and have never been as glad to leave a place as I was to leave Nuance.
