Why are they not held responsible for the quality of their dictations? After 10 years in the business, I experience this ALL THE TIME. Are they naive or do they just think they can do whatever they want, be as rude as they want, send in crummy, almost inaudible dictations, yet still expect pristine completed reports from us in record TAT time? I just don't get it. Why is this allowed? Why do we continue to put up with it? Are we all that wimpy? so desperate for a job that we allow them to treat us like this?
