I have been in the transcription field for 20 years. SoftScript is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I was given an offer letter. I accepted the position. The first week I worked there was okay; however, the platform is HORRIBLE. While you train on their horrible platform, there is almost no communication. During my second week of employment, they told me my first offer letter was incorrect and that the training rate and hourly rate were incorrect. They sent me a new offer letter with a much lower training rate and hourly rate. They are just awful. Please do not consider working for SoftScript. They use awful bait and switch techniques.
