We established our pilot hole in our intercondylar notch with my drill and then placed my T-handle down the medullary 'axis/access' of the distal femur.
I'm thinking it is 'access', but he is hard to understand and I can't find anything online to confirm either axis or access. Access seems to make more sense though.
