I too received a felony conviction in April. I am currently on probation and have to make restitution and do community service as well. With having to serve jail time, I lost the MT job that I had at the time of my arrest (they couldn't keep my job open). I was lucky enough to get hired by two companies; one of asked on one of their forms about any felony convictions. I was honest about it and explained what had happened and I have never heard another peep from them. The other MTSO is a small MTSO and she is very aware of what is going on and has no problems either since I have to report to probation once a month as well as the other obligations I have to meet.
