Honestly, I'm not sure if they did one or not. I signed paperwork consenting to it, and never heard any more about it. I work for a smaller company. Most likely the bigger MTSOs or a hospital would not give me a chance, which sucks because I have 20+ years experience, am a good MT, I just made a very bad decision a few years ago :(
