Here is how I used to figure it out.

If I had 1000 edit lines, and 200 type lines, divide the 1000 edit lines by 2 and add it to the type lines and multiply that where you fell in the grid, i.e.

1000/2=500+200= 700 x 0.008 (which is the lowest amount (unless you go over the 10% QC then I believe it is 0.007) and that should be your pay.
