Until I left the N just recently we got paid QT lines (qualified text=yellow text="inserted standards or templates" the number of lines divided by 8. So if 40 lines of QT lines divided by 8 = 5 lines paid for at whatever rate you are getting on the grid that week. So if you are getting 8 cpl, the 40 QT divided by 8 = 5 lines would be 40 cents total for the 40 QT lines, so a penny a line if 8cpl on the grid. That is Inscribe platform or at least that is what I was getting...ambulatory. I had a doctor that utilized almost all QT lines. I got about 10 cents a report but had to enter demographics, cc, etc. Easier to just figure a penny a line. Maybe acute care does not get paid at all ???!!!!
