QT text (yellowed text) isn't paid for in voice rec reports. It is paid for in regular typed reports.
Like I mentioned earlier, I've asked about this 2 or 3 times and can never get a response from my TSM. I was attempting to notify her this was happening, as we were told initially upon moving to voice rec that voice rec would NOT be utilizing QT text to avoid this scenario of searching, inserting and editing QT text and not being paid.
