First of all I want to thank everyone for taking the time to explain things. I understand it now...so basically, they are screwing us out of lines. I was told I would make 7-8 cpl depending on how much work I send to QA and my quality score. However, I assumed that 7-8 cpl was across the board, that we were getting that for all lines we did -- speech rec or typed. So, we only get 3.5-4 cpl for speec rec jobs and we I didn't know we didn't get paid for normals -- even though I have to use key strokes to insert it and proof to make sure it is correct....that's not right. Why insert the normals if we're not getting paid for them? That is BS.
