I am just waiting for some MTs to organize and go to the DOL about this business of docking you for errors made by the physicians who dictate. As you know, I am not a lawyer (yet), but I would love to see some pit bull lawyer sue the socks off these folks. The gummint has some pretty fierce pit bull lawyers in their employ, so if you could get the attention of the DOL on this one, maybe you could bite back!
