If your on the morning shift, I can guarantee you EVERY day you are going to be out of work. It is not surprise that India is on a different time zone. Technically, the Indian MTs work all night so by the time we get up in the morning there is no work. The work builds back up during the day so if your on the evening shift you have a better chance of having work, for a while, then the Indian MTs start going again late at night. I am still wondering who figures out that this works for anyone other than the Indian MTs who get work their whole shift because we are sleeping. It will never change and thus is the reason most of our work is going overseas. US MTs cannot survive on no work. Just my thoughts
