last year so that would be 40,000 full time but my wrists won't handle it. I can't believe it either. While on that pay grid with my ambulatory exclusives and almost exclusives I did really well pay wise. But all the while I knew it would not last and I socked away all I could, waiting for them to rip the rug out from under me. They did and now I am gone, making way less at another company, but they leave me alone to do my work.
I hope the newbies know that your pay depends ALMOST ENTIRELY on whether or not you have good dictators/speakers. I have been fortunate enough to have had 4 or 5 really good dictators over the years and you can make good money on them. I had to work really hard to get them but once I did I held on with all my might. I would work all hours, any hours to get them done and keep them. When N took the last one away, changed accounts, changed managers, starting docking pay for filled-in blanks, that was the end for me with N.
