I hope you get that position, sounds wonderful. Is there much heavy lifting involved? Do you have to move large bags of flour or is the bread complete and you only have to bake it? I have wondered about baking jobs but those advertised in my area say you have to be able to move around 50 pound bags of flour! Good luck!
