I second using the Microsoft 4000. I think it retails fro about 100 bucks, but you can find it on sale pretty regularly (Office Depot, etc.). It is very durable -- lasts for years. I started using one years ago after having wrist and arm pain, which completely went away after using the ergonomic keyboard. Best investment. It takes a couple of weeks to get used to, but then you'll wonder how you could have ever used a keyboard with the keys so scrunched up. Good luck.
