I wonder - MT

If it is because some of us are on different grids? Can you work on accounts from different grids? My platform, Bayscribe, is having OTAT problems and are supposedly hiring, but we also have a different grid. Maybe that's why they can't utilize MTs from the main grid. What a nightmare for HR, having to figure lines from separate grids, is it even possible?
