For me the move meant training for a new platform. This was just a month before the new pay grid came out. I was fortunate it happened then because I was eligible for the new account differential which was eliminated with the pay grid. The account I was on with the Transcend buyout went to India, the account after that, went completely to EPIC and so here I am. If they try to change my accounts again I will just quit.
