I think UE rules are different for each state. - Got Unemployment

Call your state. I did get UE in mine and it was not based on 237 a week. It was based on the last 4 quarters of my income and then I got a percentage. I received it while I was still working! The longer you wait to file, sitting with NJA, the more your income decreases, hence, the less UE you receive. I received over $300 a week. I initially applied for partial UE and then as the work disappeared, I received 100%. An example is say I was eligible for $300 a week, I am employed but I only made $150 for the week due to NJA. UE kicked in the other $150. The next week I made $300, so I was not eligible. Yes, you CAN get partial UE while still employed. All you have to do is call your UE office.
