I worked at Nuance 2 years ago when they bought out Spheris. I never had any work. It was so much more difficult and I made less than 237 a week, which is what I think you need to qualify for unemployment. Libraries offer classes for Excell, etc., to help get you qualified for a receptionist job at a medical office, but because of my age (I believe), it is impossible for me to find a job right now. If you're young, you have a greater chance of getting a job. Indeed has more jobs than most, but you have to register, then all you have to do is click and send (resume) every time you see a job.
