Ok. But I don't understand why it goes on and on - I would think on your way out the door from the MTSO you would fill out one of the anonymous IRS forms or call their whistleblower hotline - I think that is the only way to get the industry to comply. I have had the IRS at our office doing an audit on this exact thing, I didn't mind - we sat down and showed him how we work and he was very satisfied. We don't set schedules, we don't "approve" vacation time - because you are an IC - you can just be closed that day.
