the CD with a PDF file of the book. That was the only "electronic" version there was.
To make it useful, I used Ghostscript to remove the restrictions and then Adobe Acrobat to create a searchable Adobe catalog index that allowed for advanced searching with stemming, proximity, etc. It's the only way that book was ever of any use to me. Otherwise, it was too poorly organized and indexed to find anything without wasting hours searching.
