I ended up making the switch because I have tiny hands and QWERTY has always been awkward for me. Dvorak fixed that. I have been on it for a little over a week and almost up to the same speed as I was on QWERTY. Plus my hands and wrists aren't as tired anymore. I just keep hitting the shortcut to change the language on my PC by accident and haven't been able to disable the shortcut yet.
