I was wondering about that. I called to schedule a physical exam and was told our "insurance" only covers $40 a day? The eye insurance I cannot even use because the one place I am covered here by it wants $470 for an exam, which the insurance only covers $300 of...went to Pearl Vision and paid cash for an exam, $127. Dental only covers $200 a year, so again not even an exam. It's worthless insurance!
