Better for those of us working AND those who wanted to make travel plans or take the holiday off. In years past, it seemed like most everyone who wanted it off got it off and those of us who worked STILL had NJA by mid day. Will all these new pod supervisors/TSMs maybe learn from this for next year?? Maybe in time for Christmas?
