Question for employees who have to use MTSO company software for line counts -- do you find their software to be accurate? Are you regularly getting shorted on line counts, a little or a lot? Some shifts match up, some don't, and so my total for the week is more than their total, and I don't know what my options are, if any. If this has happened to you, what do you do about it?
