There's nothing worse than having to listen to someone else's music. When did noise pollution become legal? If you were to go directly to the offender, his/her response would probably be, "Well, it's not too loud for ME." Who cares? Quit invading my space!! I used to call the police immediately and accompany them to the offender's door.
