I have been there. I am still depressed. Be kind to yourself. You are worthy. You are important. Your state UE office can help you in retraining and also point you in the direction of other social services to take some of the burden off of you. Invest a day in yourself and find out what is available to you. And, take as much time as you need to being in the fetal position (seriously, whatever it takes to make you feel better).
