They were interested in hiring me, but when I saw their methods of micromanaging/tracking, I felt like it would be a demotion to my year in first grade. I ran as fast as I could. No amount of money (and I have done oncology for years and can really crank it out) would make me be treated like that. I am a 1500 lines per day person and I do not need that kind of micromanagement, thank them very much. This is just my own humble opinion, but I say we are all a bit above the third grade level and do not need someone watching our every step/move/time in the bathroom. I prefer to be treated like an adult.
