Acute care medical transcription - Partsman41953

Hello, 

I have been doing cardiology transcription for the past 8 years but now that I am unemployed I see that most companies that are hiring are looking for acute care transcription. Are there any good reference books out there that I can purchase to brush up on acute care transcription. I know that I will need some experience before I will be hired but if I can somehow get some information on acute care transcription maybe I can get my foot in the door with a company.
