I was hired by TTS to do an account that was starting out as transcription and we were training the VR. This requires verbatim, and the TTS definition of verbatim changes daily, per the MMA (micromanagement agent). Most of us know that when you transcribe verbatim you usually get an embarrassingly erroneous transcript, filled with grammatical errors, slang, poor sentence structure and the word "next" for each new ESL paragraph. QA would correct you if you transcribed verbatim and correct you if you did not transcribe verbatim. So it's nothing you can put in the specifics and using your own good judgement is definitely not allowed. Their "verbatim" is kind of like verbatim, ... strictly, but not always, unless..."
