Weird metrics for time card ending 11/20... - FellowNuancer

Posted: Nov 23rd, 2015 - 1:44 pm

Just wondering if anyone noticed anything "off" w/ their time cards while approving them today.  Webclock's QC% is about 5% higher than what I had calculated it to be, of course just barely knocking me over the 10% limit.  So that's at least $100 I'll be missing from my check this week. :(

I never really paid much attention to the QC% score before.  I mean, Weclock always has it as a percentage or 2 higher than my calculation somehow, but it's always been below 10 so I just never gave it much thought. Does this type of thing happen w/ you guys? And there's no way we can check it right? We just have to take their word for it?
