Regards audits, each account is audited by Nuance, and the accounts themselves also run audits.
Not sure how often each account is audited by Nuance, but some accounts I worked on were audited one week per month every month.
Long time ago, the TSM used to send out the reports regards how each account did on the audits.
When I asked previous and current TSMs why I had so many reports audited from just 1 account for that week, I was told it is because the account is being audited. Any reports of mine pulled in the account audit are used in my weekly audit.
I would say they are stating it accurately. I have had occasions where in one week I get only audits from one account. Another week, I get quite a few audits, all from another account.
The time I had 32 audits in 1 week from one account is when we were behind and I did a fair amount of overtime, and it was a very large account.
I do not know how many lines they audit per account, but the accounts that I worked on where I had a lot of audits were very very big accounts.
That's how I know.
